Founded by Father and Son, the father brings a lifetime immersed in both service and coffee. From his time as an oldies radio DJ and decades of work in children’s charities, to his experience as a Starbucks partner and author of Coffee Guy SW, his voice has long championed both people and coffee culture.

The son, having lived and worked abroad for many years, approaches coffee as a universal language — a bridge across cultures, conversations, and communities. His vision for Ruebush Coffee Roasters is one that marries authenticity with refinement, blending the wisdom of tradition with the inspiration of global discovery.
