Ruebush Coffee Roasters is more than a company — it’s a family passion. Founded by father and son, our story begins with Texas roots and a shared love for specialty coffee that has taken us across the globe.
Together, they’ve traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad, exploring coffee traditions from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. These experiences shaped not only our appreciation for coffee but also our respect for the farmers, cultures, and stories behind every bean.
For David Sr, coffee has been both a career and a calling. A lifelong advocate for children through charitable organizations, an oldies radio DJ, and a former Starbucks partner, he has lived and breathed coffee culture from the inside. Today, he shares his voice and knowledge through Coffee Guy SW, a blog dedicated to the coffee culture of the American Southwest.
For David Jr, years of living and working overseas deepened his love for coffee as both a daily ritual and a universal language. Bringing those influences back home, he envisioned a roastery that combines global inspiration with authentic family values.
