Grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,200–1,616 meters, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varietals are fully washed and sun dried to preserve clarity and balance. Roasted to a smooth medium, the cup reveals dark chocolate richness complemented by bright fruit notes and a butterscotch sweetness, offering a refined and satisfying experience with every sip.
