From the highlands of Marcala in La Paz, our Honduras single origin coffee showcases the dedication of more than 1,500 smallholder farmers who make up Café Organics Marcala. Cultivated at elevations of 1,300–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals are fully washed and sun dried for exceptional clarity. Roasted to a smooth medium-dark, the cup delivers layers of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar sweetness, offering a rich, comforting brew with a long, satisfying finish.
