Sourced from the highland regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, our Mexico single origin coffee reflects the vibrant character of southern Mexico’s renowned coffee lands. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at 900–1,000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals are fully washed and sun dried to preserve their natural brightness. Roasted to a smooth medium, the cup reveals layers of rich chocolate and warm cinnamon balanced by a crisp green apple finish, offering a lively yet comforting brew that captures the spirit of Mexico’s coffee tradition.
