From the northern highlands of Piura and Amazonas, our Peru single origin coffee is produced by the dedicated farmers of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino. Grown at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in clay-rich soils, these Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals are fully washed and sun dried to preserve their clarity and sweetness. Roasted to a balanced medium, the cup delivers silky layers of salted caramel and honeyed sweetness, lifted by bright citrus notes, creating a smooth, elegant brew that reflects the vibrant character of Peru’s coffee heritage.
