From the lush highlands of Aceh near Takengon, our Sumatra single origin coffee embodies the bold character of Indonesia’s most famous coffee region. Produced by the farmers of the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative at elevations of 1,100–1,600 meters, these Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals are crafted using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) process, unique to Sumatra. The result is a cup with medium acidity, a syrupy body, and deep flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earthy richness, finishing with a long, lingering depth that defines the classic Sumatran profile.
