Grown in the fertile highlands of the Mbeya region, our Tanzania single origin coffee showcases the craftsmanship of small cooperative farmers cultivating Bourbon and Kent varietals at elevations of 1,200–1,900 meters. Nurtured in mineral-rich clay soils, the beans are fully washed and carefully dried on raised beds to enhance clarity and brightness. Roasted to a smooth medium-light, the cup reveals delicate notes of pear, floral jasmine, and ripe strawberry, offering a lively, aromatic experience that captures the elegance of East African coffee.
